The base is a moist chocolate sponge made from scratch using fine flour and premium cocoa powder.
It's soft and chocolatey and gives the cake its base.
Next comes fluffy whipped cream.
It adds a soft and creamy layer that goes well with the chocolate.
The dark chocolate adds a deeper chocolate taste to the cake.
It gives you a richer chocolate flavour without making every layer taste the same.
Then comes the chocolate shell on top.
